Job Title: Content & Media Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing

Experience: 2+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic marketing professional with a strong passion for content creation and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible planning, creating content, managing social media platforms, increase brand awareness and support marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

o Assist in ideating and producing quality content (posts, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

o Work closely with internal teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals.

o Ensure all content is accurate, brand-aligned, and adheres to compliance and regulatory standards relevant to financial services.


Social Media Strategy & Execution

o Support the execution of the social media calendar, including scheduling and posting.

o Monitor daily engagement and respond appropriately to build community interaction.

o Identify platform-specific trends to craft culturally relevant and timely content.


Analytics & Reporting

o Track performance using social media analytics tools and generate reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.

o Provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and channel performance.


Collaboration & Coordination

o Coordinate with agencies, and other external partners when required.

o Stay updated with competitor activities and best practices in financial services marketing.


Brand Advocacy

o Proactively suggest and experiment with new content formats and ideas to build brand awareness and affinity.

o Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.


Requirements:

o 2–3 years of experience in content and social media marketing, preferably in the financial services.

o Bachelor's degree in any marketing, finance or a related field

o Strong graphic design skills for digital content creation.

o Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms.

o Certification in Finance (e.g., NISM or equivalent) is preferred.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Experience in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc.
