Equity Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting initial screening and in depth analysis of various SME IPOs in the Indian equity market.
• Prepare investor presentations and pitch decks highlighting the company's value proposition and growth strategy.
• Responsible for initiating, executing, and delivering quality investment research to discerning clients.
• Excellent financial modeling skills with the ability to understand and formulate business drivers (revenue, cost, etc.)
• Superior knowledge of concepts of finance & accounting, valuation methodologies, and stock analysis
• Strong writing skills with the ability to lay out investment arguments and thesis lucidly
• High-level communication skills with the ability to express views clearly and succinctly
• Analytical thinking is required to enable him/her to structure and guide research/consulting assignments with clients and manage the project internally.

Qualifications:

• CFA or MBA (Finance)
• NISM Certified Research Analyst

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years in financial markets, preferably with a broking firm or investment research company

Skills:

• Analytic and problem-solving skills
• Software Skills: ACE Equity, Bloomberg, Capital Line
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
