Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. The role will require constant communication and collaboration with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and manage social media and digital marketing campaigns across 

    LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and YouTube

    .
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, creatives, case studies) aligned with Kelevo’s brand tone and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
  • Manage 

    paid ad campaigns

     (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) — from setup to optimization and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute 

    email marketing campaigns

     using tools like 

    Zoho Campaigns

     or Mailchimp.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 0.5 –2 years

     of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of 

    digital marketing channels, campaign analytics, and lead funnels

    .
  • Hands-on experience with tools like 

    Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Google Analytics

    .
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
