Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and grow Juspncorp’s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement to support marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Juspncorp’s social media strategy.

• Handle daily posting and engagement across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Create high-quality visual and written content — including product highlights, campaigns, and stories.

• Plan and execute digital campaigns for brand awareness and product launches.

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve engagement.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a professional tone.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for ad creatives and brand consistency.

• Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing monthly reports on engagement and growth.

• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance Juspncorp’s digital presence and community connection.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (1–3 years preferred).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Creative thinking with excellent communication and writing skills.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Passion for branding and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or cleaning products industry will be an added advantage.
