Areas of Responsibilities:


  1. Content Creation and Management

  • Curate, craft, and manage captivating content across diverse social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that resonate with the target audience.
  1. Social Media Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and connect with relevant audiences.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions in collaboration with influencers and partners.
  1. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with influencers to promote brand messaging and products authentically.
  • Evaluate influencer partnerships based on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  1. Community Management

  • Monitor and actively engage with comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Foster a positive brand presence by cultivating interactions and addressing inquiries promptly.
  1. Trend Monitoring and Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and relevant.





  1. Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and click-through rates using analytical tools.
  • Provide detailed reports with actionable insights to enhance social media strategies.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support to maintain a unified brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the wider marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
  1. Adaptability and Team Collaboration

  • Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively contribute to brainstorming sessions and suggest creative campaign ideas.
