Retention Specialist

Role Overview: As a Retention Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement multi-channel retention strategies aimed at enhancing repeat engagement. This will involve effectively utilizing various channels such as email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications to drive customer retention. Key Responsibilities: - Segment users based on behavior and demographics to create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer journey. - Analyze customer behavior, churn patterns, and campaign performance to continuously optimize communication strategies. - Develop and manage customer lifecycle flows including onboarding, reactivation, and win-back journeys to improve user experience. - Conduct A/B testing and iterate on strategies to enhance the effectiveness of retention marketing campaigns. - Collaborate closely with Creative and Product teams to ensure a consistent brand-aligned experience across all customer touchpoints. - Work in conjunction with the Analytics team to build dashboards and provide actionable insights on campaign performance and customer health. - Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in retention marketing to implement MarTech innovations and best practices for successful campaign execution. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Proven experience in retention marketing or a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies. - Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels such as email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies in retention marketing to drive innovative campaigns successfully.,
