The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving online sales growth and enhancing customer lifetime value across diverse platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. E-commerce Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Conduct keyword research, product categorization, and pricing analysis to maximize visibility and sales. Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, deals, etc.) to achieve sales targets. Monitor marketplace performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with policies. 2. Advertising Expertise: Develop and execute advertising strategies tailored to each marketplace. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI. Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices for marketplace ads. 3. D2C Customer Retention: Work with D2C retention platforms like WebEngage, MoEngage, or any other. Develop and implement customer engagement strategies via email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns. Leverage data-driven insights to create personalized customer experiences and improve retention. Track metrics such as repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value to drive improvements. 4. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with creative, media, and product teams to align strategies and execution.
