We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a passion for digital storytelling, and a proven track record of growing online communities and driving measurable results. You will be the voice of our clients online, tasked with enhancing their brand presence, building patient trust, and driving patient acquisition in a sensitive and regulated industry.
Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies for various healthcare clients that align with their business goals, brand identity, and target patient demographics.
Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality, and compliant content across all social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and relevant community forums). This includes writing compelling copy, and collaborating with designers on visuals like graphics and videos.
Community Management: Actively monitor and manage all client social media channels. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner, adhering to brand guidelines and patient privacy considerations.
Paid Social Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve client objectives such as lead generation, appointment bookings, webinar registrations, and brand awareness. Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, click-through rate, conversion rates). Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, healthcare marketing best practices, and competitor activities to ensure our clients remain ahead of the curve.
Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, content writers, graphic designers, and SEO specialists to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital marketing approach for each client.
