We’re looking for a Paid marketing expert to work with our Digital Marketing Team. To succeed in this role, you should have experience within a growth or performance role; you should have an analytical mindset and be able to think creatively to solve problems. If you’re passionate about increasing brand awareness, sales or subscriptions and enjoy using data to solve problems and identify content opportunities and landing page improvements, you’ll fit right in. You should be a great communicator and happy working in cross-collaborative teams. Responsibilities- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Linkedin ads, Google Ads, and Google AdWords. Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform, focusing on paid tactics. Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together to reduce acquisition costs. Be responsible for communicating standard metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyse performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity. Optimise ad delivery, landing page conversion and under-experience, driving user activations as efficiently as possible. Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us. Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation. You should strive to outperform yourself continuously. When needed, work with external agencies to optimise the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences. Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns. Ideally, you also have some UX and social media writing experience. Take responsibility for the growth marketing and CRM strategy, processes and implementation. Growth and Performance Marketing Executive Requirements 3+ years experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role. You have worked on landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media and display marketing. The ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns and social media and display advertising campaigns. A knack for identifying target audiences, and you know where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions. Experience in optimising landing pages for optimal conversions. You have strong experience in website analytics tools and know Google Adwords like the back of your hand. Experience using WordPress and Google Analytics; you also know how to use all-in-one marketing platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce. You have outstanding communication skills. You’re not put off by presenting to a group of people or convincing teams of future campaign ideas. A customer-focused mindset and outstanding analytical skills.
