You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive business goals. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.). Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and optimize campaigns based on analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, PR) to support broader marketing initiatives. Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity. Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives. Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity. 🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency. Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills. Basic graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Passion for social media, trends, and digital innovation. 🔹 Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or broader digital marketing.
