Job Description: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. You will play a key role in creating and managing content across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and others . Create engaging multimedia content (posts, images, videos, stories) aligned with our company’s brand identity. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content calendars. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics , Hootsuite , or Buffer . Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive online communities. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Proven ability to create engaging content for social media platforms. Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Understanding of social media trends and their impact on brand marketing. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
