You'll plan and execute social media campaigns, create compelling content, and communicate the brand's mission and value proposition effectively to students, parents, and counselors.You'll collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, design, and content teams to ensure all social initiatives align with overall business and enrollment objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.
- Define and understand target audiences (students, parents, counselors) to tailor content and channel mix.
- Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and adapt to platform updates and algorithm changes.
Content Creation & Execution
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video creators to develop high-quality visuals, short videos, reels, stories, and testimonials.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Adapt and localize content for different markets and audiences (e.g., India, Germany, multilingual content).
Community Management
- Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Encourage user-generated content, testimonials, and community participation.
- Identify and escalate any negative feedback or PR issues when necessary.
Paid Campaigns & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on awareness, lead generation, and retargeting.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments.
- Manage ad budgets, track ROI, and optimize performance.
- Coordinate with the admissions or lead team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define and monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, and cost per lead.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Prepare regular performance reports (monthly and quarterly) for management.
- Utilize tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and social listening tools for insights.
Collaboration & Process Management
- Work closely with content, design, video, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and consistent posting schedule.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, best practices, and tools.
- Provide guidance or training to team members on social media practices when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5+ years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in education, edtech, or consultancy sectors.
- Proven success in executing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and creative content ideation.
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic design proficiency using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in education or international student recruitment, knowledge of MBBS abroad, or multilingual communication skills (English + Hindi or other regional languages).
