We manage YouTube and Instagram accounts for top creators and entrepreneurs and run multiple digital education programs, including Content Domination and Bizkro Growth Program.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Manager who can lead and execute Bizkro’s online presence, manage client accounts, and drive measurable growth through creative content strategies and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies for Bizkro and client accounts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Research trends, topics, and viral hooks to create engaging content strategies.
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content writers for execution.
• Oversee ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analyze performance metrics.
• Track performance data, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategies.
• Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and comment moderation.
• Work closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube growth strategies.
• Knowledge of ad management tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and team coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience managing influencer/creator accounts.
• Familiarity with automation tools (GoHighLevel, N8N, etc.).
• Video editing or content scripting experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
