We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketer who can bring our brand voice to life across digital platforms, connect with our audience, and grow our community through impactful storytelling and content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow all social media platforms — with a strong focus on Instagram.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, aesthetic, and messaging.

2. Content Creation & UGC

  • Conceptualize and create content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with photographers, influencers, and creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Encourage and curate User-Generated Content (UGC) to strengthen community trust.

3. Collaborations & Community Building

  • Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
  • Handle DMs, comments, and community engagement promptly and professionally.
  • Create partnership strategies that align with brand goals.

4. Performance Tracking & Data Management

  • Analyze social media insights, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
  • Manage and organize data for collaborations, ad performance, and influencer outreach.
  • Optimize strategies based on analytics and audience feedback.

5. E-commerce & Digital Marketing

  • Work closely with the website and product team to ensure social media efforts support e-commerce goals.
  • Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Basic understanding of SEO to improve visibility and organic reach.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Photoshop, and social scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, data analytics, and content performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
