E-Commerce Executive

We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand based in Delhi, focused on delivering high-quality products and seamless shopping experiences. As we scale, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listings & Catalog Management
• Create, update, and optimize product listings across ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, etc.).
• Ensure product descriptions, titles, keywords, and images are SEO-friendly and up to date.
• Marketplace & Ads Management
• Plan and run ads (sponsored listings, PPC campaigns) to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Day-to-Day Operations
• Manage order processing, returns, and customer escalations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.
• Inventory & Reordering
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid stockouts.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to maintain healthy inventory flow.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Analyze sales trends, product performance, and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal (or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of ecommerce ads, campaigns, and promotions.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
