The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of lubricant products and applications, with the ability to deliver value-based solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory or segment. Promote and sell lubricant products to OEMs, distributors, industrial customers, and workshops. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and training for customers. Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot customer issues related to product performance. Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or chemical industry. Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various machinery and vehicles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred: Prior experience in dealing with industrial clients, automotive OEMs, or lubricant distributors. Knowledge of lubrication systems and maintenance practices.
