About the Role: Weβre looking for a dynamic, hands-on Social Media & Brand Manager who can drive our brand's presence across digital and offline platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution β ideal for someone who can plan compelling content calendars, coordinate with influencers and creators, and align multiple teams around a unified brand vision. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management β Plan and execute monthly social media calendars across Instagram and social media platforms β Own the end-to-end process of content development β from brief to shoot to publishing. β Work closely with designers, video editors, photographers, and videographers to bring brand stories to life. β Identify trends, opportunities, and platform innovations to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging. Influencer & Creator Management: β Source, brief, and manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns. β Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand ethos. β Track performance of influencer campaigns and optimize for better engagement and reach. Brand Management: β Act as the internal brand custodian: ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. β Coordinate across departments (design, operations, marketing) to bring 360Β° campaigns to life. β Assist in shaping and refining the brand voice, identity, and key messaging. β Develop brand assets (decks, guidelines, briefs) for stakeholders. Analytics & Reporting β Monitor performance metrics for social channels and influencer campaigns. β Share monthly insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness. β Track brand health indicators and help suggest new initiatives based on feedback. Key Skills Required: β Strong experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. β Excellent project management and coordination skills β ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. β Sharp creative instincts and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. β Strong communication and writing skills for captions, influencer briefs, and internal coordination. β Ability to think both strategically (big picture) and tactically (execution-focused). β Familiarity with basic tools like Canva, Trello/Asana, Meta Business Suite, Influencer CRM tools. β Analytical mindset β comfortable interpreting engagement metrics and campaign results. Preferred Background: β 5β6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a consumer brand, agency, or D2C company. β Previous experience working directly with influencers or managing brand collaborations is a must. β Bonus points for experience in wellness, F&B, or lifestyle categories.
