About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Social Media & Brand Manager who can drive our brand's presence across digital and offline platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution — ideal for someone who can plan compelling content calendars, coordinate with influencers and creators, and align multiple teams around a unified brand vision. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management ● Plan and execute monthly social media calendars across Instagram and social media platforms ● Own the end-to-end process of content development — from brief to shoot to publishing. ● Work closely with designers, video editors, photographers, and videographers to bring brand stories to life. ● Identify trends, opportunities, and platform innovations to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging. Influencer & Creator Management: ● Source, brief, and manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns. ● Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand ethos. ● Track performance of influencer campaigns and optimize for better engagement and reach. Brand Management: ● Act as the internal brand custodian: ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. ● Coordinate across departments (design, operations, marketing) to bring 360° campaigns to life. ● Assist in shaping and refining the brand voice, identity, and key messaging. ● Develop brand assets (decks, guidelines, briefs) for stakeholders. Analytics & Reporting ● Monitor performance metrics for social channels and influencer campaigns. ● Share monthly insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness. ● Track brand health indicators and help suggest new initiatives based on feedback. Key Skills Required: ● Strong experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. ● Excellent project management and coordination skills — ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. ● Sharp creative instincts and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. ● Strong communication and writing skills for captions, influencer briefs, and internal coordination. ● Ability to think both strategically (big picture) and tactically (execution-focused). ● Familiarity with basic tools like Canva, Trello/Asana, Meta Business Suite, Influencer CRM tools. ● Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting engagement metrics and campaign results. Preferred Background: ● 5–6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a consumer brand, agency, or D2C company. ● Previous experience working directly with influencers or managing brand collaborations is a must. ● Bonus points for experience in wellness, F&B, or lifestyle categories.
