What You'll Do: Develop thumb-stopping campaign ideas and content strategies across digital platforms (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, you name it). Work closely with brand, design, and performance teams to turn wild ideas into real-world magic. Use audience insights and pop culture trends to craft narratives that click and convert. Write briefs that don’t bore people. Translate them into concepts that make people feel. Spot trends before they trend. Be the brain behind viral ideas and shareable moments. Help build brand voice, tonality, and playbook for campaigns, launches, and beyond. You're a fit if you: Live and breathe the internet—memes, trends, reels, Reddit, etc. Have 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or advertising. Can think like a strategist, write like a copywriter, and pitch like a boss. Know how to tell a story—in 3 seconds or 30. Have a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a sharper one for audience psychology.
