We are looking for Manager - Creative Strategy who will be involved in :

  1. Develop differentiated strategies and build upon current client business objectives within the digital ecosystem to meet/exceed objectives
  2. Support social media teams to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  3. Conducting extensive market research to keep a close track of trends and content amplification opportunities
  4. Oversee planning and ideation across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, FB & Twitter for key client accounts
  5. Take charge of brainstorming sessions with the creative and marketing teams, for social media campaigns.
  6. Work on brand pitches along with the sales team
  7. Help marketing teams shape their client’s positioning and narrative while targeting the right audience to drive business value for clients and Brand Catapult
  8. Reporting and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing efforts
  9. Provide inputs for media strategies to ensure effective utilization of business objectives and constantly review the effectiveness of media basis the insights generated by internal or client insights team
  10. Focus on developing context/briefs for creative storytelling and content creation to ensure the implementation of a coherent and consistent integrated digital strategy
  11. Have an understanding of brands and their positioning and Insights into consumer online behavior.



Other Requirements

  1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same role, or in managing social media for multiple brands
  2. Must have prior experience in team handling.
  3. Prior experience with F&B and Hospitality brands would be preferred.
  4. Agency experience MANDATORY
  5. Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  6. Great presentation skills
  7. Creative and Energetic personality
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
