Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Onsite, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: VP - Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across all social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, analytics, and staying ahead of digital trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Manage daily content calendar and publish across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging text, image, and video content. Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions). Grow and engage the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency. Strong understanding of key social platforms and their analytics (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Experience with paid social advertising and A/B testing. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare industry. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and influencer outreach.
