Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the Ayurvedic, health & wellness, or healthcare industry, and possess the ability to craft engaging, informative, and authentic brand narratives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining Sheopals' presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms while aligning your strategies with our marketing goals and the values of the Ayurvedic and wellness community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with Sheopals' marketing goals, specifically tailored for the Ayurvedic and healthcare sector.

Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) that resonates with the audience interested in Ayurveda, natural health, and wellness.

Manage daily posting and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address messages in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to produce impactful campaigns and promotional materials that highlight the benefits of Ayurveda and natural wellness.

Work with influencers, Ayurvedic practitioners, and brand ambassadors to drive authentic user-generated content (UGC) and brand collaborations.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve content strategies.

Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and use data to optimize engagement, reach, and overall brand presence.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Ayurveda, natural living, and wellness, as well as any social media platform updates or algorithm changes.

Requirements:

Must have experience in the Ayurveda, healthcare, wellness, or natural product industries to be considered.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role, specifically in the Ayurvedic or healthcare sectors.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Creative mindset with exceptional content planning, writing, and storytelling skills that can convey the values and benefits of Ayurveda and wellness.

Ability to analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and apply insights to improve engagement and content strategies.

Basic understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and paid social media advertising.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Experience working with influencers, wellness experts, or content creators in the health or Ayurvedic space is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

Deep knowledge of Ayurveda, natural living, or holistic wellness trends.

Experience working with Ayurvedic, wellness, HealthCare or organic product brands is highly preferred.

Basic video editing and graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a bonus.

An understanding of Ayurvedic principles and their application in lifestyle, health, and nutrition is an advantage.
