Role Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager with 2+ years of experience to lead and manage our digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. You will be the voice and visual storyteller of our brand—developing strategies, creating content, engaging with the community, and staying ahead of digital trends in design and architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and implement cohesive platform-specific content strategies
• Manage a consistent content calendar across platforms
• Ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality content (Reels, Stories, Shorts, Carousels, Pins, etc.)
• Write strong, on-brand captions and short-form content
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook
• Analyze performance metrics and audience insights
• Optimize small paid ad budgets for targeted reach
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and collaborations
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers
• Work closely with the founder and design team to highlight ongoing projects and milestones

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of social media experience (interior design, architecture, lifestyle preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Architecture—or equivalent portfolio experience
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
• High proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, InShot, CapCut, VSCO, Lightroom)
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Analytics, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools
• Knowledge of content strategy, engagement tactics, and basic SEO
• Experience with paid promotions and ad optimization
• A creative thinker with refined design sensibility
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a small, focused environment
