Role Overview

Business Development Executive (BDE)

You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients—understanding their needs, articulating our offerings, managing leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting project conversions. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Head and design team to ensure inquiries turn into aligned, well-structured projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow the studio’s client pipeline across residential and commercial sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-ups
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and pitch services confidently
  • Maintain strong communication across calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals, presentations, and project decks
  • Track leads, conversions, and communication using CRM tools
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities
  • Engage with vendors, collaborators, and industry professionals to build partnerships
  • Support negotiations, project closings, and client onboarding
  • Represent House of AA with professionalism, clarity, and design awareness



Key Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or related fields
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs
  • Strong command of lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales tracking, and structured follow-up systems
  • Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle domains (preferred)
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a close-knit team
