Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager / Project Manager who can elevate our social media presence, bring fresh ideas, and lead innovative campaigns for our agency and clients (primarily in real estate, retail, and hospitality). The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding, in-depth knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, and a proven ability to build engagement, generate leads, and improve social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement creative social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation for new content formats and viral possibilities.
  • Develop, schedule, and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring high quality and strategic alignment.
  • Manage real-time posting, community engagement, comments, DMs, and audience growth initiatives.
  • Design and launch paid campaigns using Meta (FB & IG Ads) and Google Ads; optimize for ROAS and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with design, video, and account teams to deliver world-class visuals, videos, and stories.
  • Oversee brand consistency and ensure all social content follows modern branding principles.
  • Drive ongoing improvement and trend adoption by staying up-to-date with platform changes.
  • Liaise with clients on weekly/monthly calls, present results, and gather feedback.
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably with agency or real estate sector exposure.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, storytelling & branding outcomes.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and campaign optimization.
  • Deep understanding of branding, brand messaging, and digital storytelling.
  • Experience with content creation, influencer outreach, and visual assets (Photoshop/Canva preferred).
  • Strong data skills: analytics, reporting, competitor research, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and client presentation abilities.
  • Self-starter, proactive, works well in a collaborative creative team.
