Create high-quality, engaging, and professional content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others. Optimize social media pages to increase visibility and reach. Engage with industry professionals, respond to comments, and manage community interactions. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals. Analyze social media analytics and key performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Run social media ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Monitor competitors’ social media strategies and suggest improvements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, handling multiple platforms. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and analytics. Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, and basic graphic design knowledge is a plus). Experience in running social media ad campaigns. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and analytics platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
