Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Able to generate ideas and be creative without depending anyone or copying from other sources
• Good knowledge about professional camera, mobile camera, photo and video editing professionally.
• Able to create feeds, post and reels is a must.
• Market Research & Competitor Activity
• Creating content in online and social media to aid in the success of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate and develop multimedia packages for the business growth of the organization
• Management of Social Media Channels
• Keep Up to Date with any Social Media Trends and regular monitoring of platforms
• Website content management
• Able to work under pressure and submitting work before deadline and without pendings is a must
• Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Design visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and advertisements.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Using Observation skills Capture moments photos/videos of school events
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest growth improvements.
• Collaborate with management to ensure consistent brand identity.
• Handle basic photo and video editing for marketing content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and maintain online engagement.
• Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro (or similar tools).

• Excellent understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Creative storytelling and copywriting ability.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Photography/videography skills are an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Social media management: 3 years (Preferred)
