Role Overview:

Social Media Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the

    social strategy

    for multiple brands — from calendar planning to content direction
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and motion artists to bring campaigns to life
  • Ensure each brand’s

    tone of voice

    and visual identity is consistent across platforms
  • Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and viral formats — and bring ideas proactively to the table
  • Supervise

    content creation

    , scheduling, and timely publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Work with performance teams to optimise content based on engagement metrics and KPIs
  • Lead

    community management

    — replies, DMs, and keeping the brand voice sharp and active
  • Liaise with clients for feedback, alignment, and reporting
  • Manage junior social execs or interns, and guide them on quality output
  • Build monthly reports with insights and next steps

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies
    • A strong understanding of platform nuances, content formats, and algorithms
    • Ability to write or brief content with flair and clarity
    • Great eye for design, layout, and brand aesthetics
    • Prior experience working with production or creative teams
    • A deep interest in culture — from memes to marketing trends
    • Confident with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, Later/Buffer, etc.
    • Bonus: Influencer marketing or paid media experience
