About the Role:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media calendars for skincare brands.
Lead
UGC collaborations
, influencer tie-ups, and content partnerships.
Oversee
in-house shoots
— from brief to execution.
Collaborate with copy, design, and video teams to deliver strong creative.
Manage posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Keep up with trends, formats, and platform updates.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience managing social for lifestyle or skincare brands.
Strong understanding of content trends, creators, and aesthetics.
Hands-on experience with UGC campaigns and influencer outreach.
Experience leading small content or shoot teams.
Bonus: Comfort with Meta tools, Google Drive, and influencer platforms.
