Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and driving brand awareness and engagement through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Script Writing:

Develop engaging and brand-aligned scripts for videos, reels, and promotional content.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure storytelling aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.

Ads Promotions:

Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily operations of all social media channels, including posting schedules, community engagement, and trend monitoring.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Content Production & Shooting:

Coordinate and participate in photo and video shoots for digital content.

Work closely with the creative team to ensure visual and storytelling quality meets brand standards.

Editing Guidance:

Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to guide post-production.

Provide creative input to ensure final outputs align with the campaign concept and messaging.

Agency & Partner Management:

Manage relationships with marketing and creative agencies, influencers, and vendors.

Brief agencies on campaign goals and monitor deliverables to ensure timely and quality execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.

Basic knowledge of video production and editing workflows.

Experience managing ad campaigns and working with agencies.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Growth in followers and engagement rate.

ROI and performance of ad campaigns.

Quality and consistency of content output.

Timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Collaboration efficiency with internal teams and external partners.
