Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can build Awish Clinic into a premium, luxury, and trustworthy brand across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate must understand beauty, skincare, and aesthetics trends and know how to attract high-quality leads, increase engagement, and create a strong online brand identity.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Create monthly social media calendars (reels, posts, stories, YouTube shorts, testimonials, campaigns).
  • Develop growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google.
  • Identify new trends, content ideas, and competitors’ strategies.
  • Execute seasonal campaigns (festive offers, events, camps, new launches).

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Plan & coordinate shoots—before/after results, treatment videos, patient testimonials.
  • Ensure all content matches luxury brand standards—clean, clinical, premium.
  • Write creative captions, scripts, taglines, and campaign concepts.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers & editors.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support

  • Create reel funnels, promotive posts, story highlights to drive inquiries.
  • Work with telecallers to ensure leads convert from social media.
  • Develop ads-ready creatives to support paid campaigns.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track weekly and monthly:
  • followers growth
  • reel performance
  • impressions
  • leads generated
  • brand engagement score
  • Improve performance by optimizing content type, posting time, and platform strategy.

5. Community Management

  • Respond professionally to comments, DMs, queries, and reviews.
  • Maintain fast reply time to improve conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers, patients, and creators.

6. Brand Reputation & Luxury Experience

  • Maintain clinic’s premium brand identity in every post.
  • Ensure no spelling mistakes, outdated designs, or low-quality visuals.
  • Protect brand reputation by monitoring negative comments & responding smartly.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & trending formats.
  • Excellent communication & creative writing skills.
  • Ability to think like a luxury brand marketer.
  • Basic understanding of dermatology treatments (optional but preferred).
  • Photography & videography knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be quick, disciplined, and target-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,923.83 - ₹46,331.17 per month
