Role Overview: We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can make brands trend, not just post. Someone who understands the power of storytelling, loves data as much as design, and can marry insight with instinct to build thumb-stopping content. You’ll be the bridge between strategy, creative, and community. Key Responsibilities: Own the social strategy for multiple brands — from calendar planning to content direction Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and motion artists to bring campaigns to life Ensure each brand’s tone of voice and visual identity is consistent across platforms Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and viral formats — and bring ideas proactively to the table Supervise content creation , scheduling, and timely publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Work with performance teams to optimise content based on engagement metrics and KPIs Lead community management — replies, DMs, and keeping the brand voice sharp and active Liaise with clients for feedback, alignment, and reporting Manage junior social execs or interns, and guide them on quality output Build monthly reports with insights and next steps What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies A strong understanding of platform nuances, content formats, and algorithms Ability to write or brief content with flair and clarity Great eye for design, layout, and brand aesthetics Prior experience working with production or creative teams A deep interest in culture — from memes to marketing trends Confident with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, Later/Buffer, etc. Bonus: Influencer marketing or paid media experience What You’ll Get: A high-energy creative environment Opportunities to work across global brands and formats A say in the creative process from idea to execution A team that works hard, parties harder, and supports each other throughout

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Mumbai. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging and visually impactful designs for various projects.
