About Us: We are a dynamic digital marketing company that helps brands grow through innovative campaigns, impactful storytelling, and data-driven strategies. As we expand, we are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager/Executive to join our team and handle the social media accounts of multiple brands across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy and Planning
○ Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the client’s business goals.
○ Create monthly content calendars for multiple brands with the strategist considering their unique voice and target audience.
○ Create compelling pitch for new brands
2. Content Creation and Management
○ Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to create engaging posts, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.
○ Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
3. Community Engagement
○ Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions, and engage with the community promptly.
4. Performance Analysis
○ Track key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
○ Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients, suggesting areas of improvement.
5. Trend Analysis and Innovation
○ Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
○ Experiment with new features, formats, and campaigns to maximize client ROI.
6. Collaboration and Client Management
○ Act as a point of contact for assigned brands, ensuring seamless communication and execution of their requirements.
○ Work with the internal team to coordinate campaigns, influencer collaborations, and ad strategies.
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands (agency experience preferred).
● Skills:
○ Proficiency in social media management tools (Shopify, Upfluence, etc)
○ Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
○ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
○ Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
○ Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
● Bonus Skills:
○ Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
○ Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
