Job Description

Purpose: Build a high-intent follower base, generate qualified leads, and drive always-on engagement across YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and partner/community channels—turning attention into pipeline.

What you’ll own

  • Strategy & Calendar
  • Own the multi-channel social strategy, content pillars, and 90-day calendars aligned to launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Define audience segments (owners, operators, merchandisers, IT) and map content to their journeys.
  • Content & Creative
  • Script, storyboard, and produce short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form YouTube.
  • Write scroll-stopping copy, threads, carousels, and thought-leadership posts; coach execs for social.
  • Build asset kits with design partners (thumbnails, lower thirds, motion templates).
  • Channel Operations
  • Daily posting, comment moderation, community replies, and creator/partner collabs.
  • Launch & optimize newsletters, groups, communities (e.g., LinkedIn Groups, Discord/Reddit when relevant).
  • Growth & Paid Social
  • Plan/test paid campaigns (Lead Gen, Video View, Website Conversion) across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Stand up UTM conventions, A/B tests, landing pages, and retargeting flows with Marketing Ops.
  • Lead Gen & Campaigns
  • Turn content into MQLs via gated assets, webinars, demos, and event promos (e.g., NACS).
  • Build employee-advocacy and customer-story programs.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Own dashboards for follower growth, engagement rate, watch time, CTR/CVR, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline influenced, CAC.
  • Run post-mortems and quarterly insights to refine the playbook.
  • Brand & Governance
  • Guard voice/tone; maintain playbooks, response guides, and crisis workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with platform and industry guidelines.

Success metrics (12 months)

  • +40–100% MoM follower growth on priority channels (with quality thresholds).
  • Engagement rate above industry benchmarks per channel.
  • MQLs from social: establish baseline in first 90 days; 3–5× by Q4.
  • YouTube: steady subscriber growth, watch-time and avg. view duration trending up.
  • Response SLAs: <2 hrs during business hours for priority inquiries.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in B2B SaaS social/growth (bonus: retail, C-store, fuel, or AI).
  • Portfolio of video-led social work (shorts/reels, long-form, carousels, threads).
  • Strong copywriting, visual sense, and editorial judgment.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta/TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio, GA4, and a CRM/automation stack (HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Comfortable building dashboards (Looker/Datastudio/HubSpot) and using UTMs & attribution.
  • Tools you know: Hootsuite/Sprout/Buffer, Figma/Canva, Premiere/CapCut/Descript (or equivalents).
  • Bonus: webinar/event marketing, community management, employer-brand, trade-show social.

  • Launch paid tests (creative x audience x offer); iterate weekly.
  • Spin campaigns into lead magnets and webinar signups; route MQLs to Sales with scoring.
  • Monitor mentions; escalate support needs; close the loop with CS.

30/60/90 Plan

  • 30 days: Audit channels, set baselines, define pillars & style guide, ship first weekly cadence.
  • 60 days: Launch creator/employee-advocacy pilot, first webinar + paid retargeting loop, reporting live.
  • 90 days: Repeatable content engine (3–5 core series), integrated lead gen playbook, quarterly growth roadmap.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,794.13 - ₹80,831.81 per month
