Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships by understanding their business objectives, social media goals, and overall digital strategy needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of client account strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals while driving growth and engagement for client brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring they meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality content that is aligned with client branding and campaign requirements, overseeing the process from ideation to final production.
  • Regularly communicate with clients through presentations, reports, and meetings, updating them on campaign progress, performance, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, and return on investment (ROI), providing insights to drive successful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and emerging digital marketing tools to apply innovative solutions that keep client strategies competitive and forward-thinking.
  • Proactively address client concerns and adjust campaign approaches when necessary to ensure client satisfaction and achieve target results.
  • Develop and present tailored social media proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations, helping clients understand the value and ROI of campaigns.
  • Work closely with creative, content, analytics, and paid media teams to ensure client goals are met and campaigns are aligned with overall business strategies.
  • Oversee client budgets and social media ad spend, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
