Site Lead

OpSquad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing data annotation and AI enablement company helping global clients train cutting-edge AI/ML models with high-quality labeled datasets. We're now looking for a driven Business Development Professional to help us scale our outreach and build long-lasting relationships with forward-thinking businesses across industries.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Lead to manage our upcoming on-site operations in Indore. The role involves overseeing day-to-day activities, managing a team of data annotators, ensuring quality output, and coordinating with HR and project teams.

• Oversee day-to-day on-site annotation operations in Indore.
• Supervise 200–300 data annotators, ensuring attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Coordinate with the HR and Project Management teams for hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Manage basic infrastructure setup (seating, systems, and logistics).
• Track progress, maintain daily reports, and ensure targets are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Indore operations and the central office.
• Handle on-ground issue resolution and ensure smooth functioning.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in team handling, BPO, or operational management roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on leadership with the ability to manage large teams.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office tools.

• Experience managing on-site data operations or training centers.
• Local candidates from Indore or nearby regions preferred.
