What You'll Do

As our Site Lead, you will be the linchpin of our Jaipur operations, responsible for orchestrating excellence across all facets:

• Operational Command: Spearhead day-to-day operations, ensuring peak performance, consistent productivity, and uncompromising quality standards at our Jaipur facility.
• Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of 100150 data annotators, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
• Workflow & Resource Management: Orchestrate seamless workflow coordination, manage attendance, enforce discipline, and optimize resource allocation in close partnership with HR and Project Managers.
• Infrastructure & Logistics: Champion the establishment and meticulous maintenance of state-of-the-art infrastructure, including systems, seating arrangements, and essential logistics to support a thriving work environment.
• Performance & Reporting: Drive performance through insightful data analysis, meticulously tracking project targets and daily progress using advanced reporting tools.
• Strategic Liaison: Act as the pivotal bridge between on-site operations and the central office, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and strategic execution.
• Problem Solving & Delivery: Master real-time operational challenges, proactively identify solutions, and ensure smooth, on-time project delivery for our global clientele.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience & Expertise: 25 years of progressive experience in operations management, large-team leadership, or site/center management within a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Prowess: Exceptional strategic communication skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to expertly manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Technical Acumen: Proficient in enterprise-level productivity suites (Google Workspace / MS Office tools) for efficient data management and reporting.
• On-Site Commitment: Based in or around Jaipur, with an unwavering commitment to on-site leadership and a strong operational presence.
