What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance at our Indore facility.
• Supervise 100–150 data annotators and ensure consistent productivity and quality.
• Manage attendance, discipline, and workflow coordination with HR and Project Managers.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of infrastructure (systems, seating, logistics).
• Track project targets and daily progress using reporting tools.
• Act as the bridge between on-site operations and the central office.
• Handle real-time problem-solving and ensure smooth project delivery.|

Who You Are

• A natural people leader who can inspire large teams.
• 2–5 years of experience in

  operations, team management, or center leadership

  .
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in

  Google Suite / MS Office

  tools.
• Based in or around

  Indore/Jaipur

  , with flexibility for on-site leadership.
