About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Lead to manage our upcoming on-site operations in Indore. The role involves overseeing day-to-day activities, managing a team of data annotators, ensuring quality output, and coordinating with HR and project teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day on-site annotation operations in Indore. Supervise 200–300 data annotators, ensuring attendance, productivity, and discipline. Coordinate with the HR and Project Management teams for hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring. Manage basic infrastructure setup (seating, systems, and logistics). Track progress, maintain daily reports, and ensure targets are met. Serve as the primary point of contact between Indore operations and the central office. Handle on-ground issue resolution and ensure smooth functioning. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in team handling, BPO, or operational management roles. Strong communication and coordination skills.
