As a Site - HRBP at Flex based in Chennai, India, your role is crucial in supporting the extraordinary teams in building great products and contributing to the growth of the organization. Your typical day will involve partnering with a GM and their team to develop and deploy strategic planning goals for building a dynamic organization that drives significant and sustainable growth. You will advise and coach the GM and their team on talent management matters such as workforce planning, executive coaching, performance management, retention, and succession planning. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with COEs and HR GBS to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions - Consult and assist business on strategic HR matters including organizational design, talent management, and career development - Plan, implement, and facilitate HR initiatives for your business segment - Drive employee communications and assist with HR communications and training of managers - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure consistent treatment of employees - Research trends and metrics to develop retention strategies - Assist with Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level - Partner with COEs and HR Service Center to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions - Drive employee lifecycle activities and HR initiatives - Communicate key goals and priorities to employees - Develop and manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives - Facilitate and deliver consistent employee and manager targeted training on HR topics Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function - Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources or related experience with specific experience in HR, consulting, project management, and change management Working at Flex offers you the opportunity to make a difference and invest in your growth in a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
