Site HRBP

As a Site - HRBP at Flex, your role is crucial in partnering with the GM and their team to develop and deploy strategic planning goals for building a dynamic organization that fosters significant and sustainable growth. Your responsibilities include advising and coaching the GM and their team on talent management matters such as skills requirements, workforce planning, executive coaching, performance management, retention, and succession planning. You will collaborate with COEs and HR GBS to deliver integrated people and organization solutions, participate in workforce and succession planning, development, and reward and recognition initiatives. Additionally, you will consult on strategic HR matters like organizational design, restructuring, career development, and talent acquisition. Your typical day will involve planning, implementing, and facilitating HR initiatives specific to your business segment, conducting effective investigations into complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistent treatment of employees, and researching trends and metrics for developing retention strategies. You will also drive employee communications, assist with HR communications and training, and manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives. Furthermore, you will actively participate in Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level, driving inclusion through various HR activities and reviews. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource-related function and a minimum of 5 years of HR or related experience, with expertise in HR, consulting, project management, and change management.
