Site Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site sales operations for the Delta Yards project.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly booking targets.
• Ensure excellent customer engagement from walk-in to closure, including site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the project features, pricing, inventory, competition, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the central sales, CRM, and marketing teams for campaigns, lead flow, and brand promotions.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on soft skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Oversee documentation, booking formalities, and coordination with CRM and legal teams.
• Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Ensure the sales office, sample flats, and site experience areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Handle high-value clients and key negotiations personally, as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, RERA compliance, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
