Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Real Estate Sourcing Manager for Pune East for a Mandate Project. The Real Estate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing relationships with Channel Partners, and empanel Channel Partners to source business for the Mandate Project located in Hadapsar. They will also oversee due diligence, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and coordinating with internal teams. Qualifications Channel Partner Identification and Real Estate Analysis skills Experience in Negotiation, Transaction Management, and Relationship Management Understanding of market trends and regulatory compliance in real estate Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience in the East Pune real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED.

Role Overview We are looking for a Site Head to manage and oversee day-to-day operations at our mandate project site in East Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site coordination, sales support, team management, and ensuring smooth client handling at the site.
