Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site sales operations for the Delta Yards project. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly booking targets. Ensure excellent customer engagement from walk-in to closure, including site visits, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the project features, pricing, inventory, competition, and market trends. Coordinate with the central sales, CRM, and marketing teams for campaigns, lead flow, and brand promotions. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on soft skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Oversee documentation, booking formalities, and coordination with CRM and legal teams. Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management. Ensure the sales office, sample flats, and site experience areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times. Handle high-value clients and key negotiations personally, as needed. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial real estate. Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, RERA compliance, and customer service best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
