Role Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced real estate professional to drive residential property sales in Mira-Bhayander. If you’re passionate about connecting with buyers, closing deals, and building strong networks, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through residential property sales
• Handle buyer inquiries from digital platforms and convert leads
• Educate buyers daily about our offerings and guide them through the buying process
• Build strong relationships with investors, end-users, and channel partners
• Provide market insights, negotiate deals, and offer expert property advice
• Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties
• Engage with HNI clients, conduct meetings, and offer personalized service
• Perform market analysis to estimate property values
• Coordinate with internal CRM and product teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and share regular updates with the team
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and construction activity
• Regularly engage with channel partners to generate business

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Local market knowledge of Mira-Bhayander is a plus
• Proven ability to build networks and close high-value deals
