Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Head located in Mira Bhayandar. The Site Head will oversee day-to-day operations, manage site activities, coordinate with various teams, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards. The Site Head will also be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, project management, and team coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and ensure quality control
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
