Job Title: Showroom Manager – Raipur

We pride ourselves on quality products, excellent customer service, and creating inspiring displays that help customers visualise and transform their spaces. ⸻Key Responsibilities • Manage all operations of the Raipur showroom to ensure smooth functioning, including opening/closing, inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintenance. • Lead, train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals. • Maintain showroom presentation: product displays, lighting ambience, decor layout, signage, and cleanliness to reflect brand standards. • Monitor inventory: stock levels, reorder products timely, manage displays of new arrivals, and ensure proper storage. • Drive sales performance: set targets, monitor daily/weekly results, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. • Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams for product launches, promotional events, and marketing campaigns. • Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality. • Maintain records: sales data, staff schedules, inventory audits, and report regularly to senior management. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal / regulatory requirements.⸻Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum X years of experience in retail management, preferably in lighting, home décor, furniture or related segment. • Proven sales track record, strong business acumen, target-driven. • Leadership ability: managing & developing a team, coaching staff, handling HR basics. • Good understanding of visual merchandising and design aesthetics. • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in Hindi/English (knowledge of local dialects an advantage). • Customer-first attitude with ability to handle escalations. • Basic financial skills: budgeting, expense control, understanding margins. • Proficient with inventory systems, point-of-sale (POS) tools & basic MS Office.⸻What We Offer • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • Growth opportunities within Chimera Homes across cities / senior roles. • Supportive work environment with focus on creativity, design, and customer experience. • Training & development in product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership.⸻
