Role Overview: As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store at Lulu Mall, Trivandrum. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth and effective functioning while building revenue, managing back-office operations, and supervising selling professionals. Developing strategies and plans to achieve sales results through clientelling, superior customer service, events, partnering, and traffic generating actions will be crucial. It is essential to ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers, think strategically, and drive the business to company standards. Prioritizing, planning, delegating, administrating, and adapting to business needs are key aspects of this role. Maximizing inventory, cash control, and implementing loss prevention techniques are pivotal for success. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the store - Build revenue and manage back-office operations - Supervise selling professionals - Develop strategies and plans to achieve sales results - Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers - Maximize inventory and implement loss prevention techniques - Prioritize, plan, delegate, administrate, and adapt to business needs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in any stream - Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Retail - Good communication skills - Multilingual proficiency - Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and emails - Understanding of retail work culture - Strong salesmanship ability - Self-motivated and interested in taking on challenges to grow within the retail industry - Experience in watch retail is considered an added advantage Note: This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.
