ROLE SUMMARY: Handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, maintaining sales process, and excellent communication. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Promoting luxury timepieces to customers.  Managing customer relationships through excellent sales service.  Creating and maintaining customer’s network.  Attending and supporting the company’s events and activities.  Playing an active role in ensuring the boutique achieves its target.  Maintaining housekeeping, operating and customer service standards.
