Job Title : Store Manager – Titan World (Franchise Store)

Location : Bankmore, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and customer-oriented Store Manager to lead our Titan World franchise store at Bankmore, Dhanbad. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the store — achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing inventory and staff, and maintaining store standards according to the brand policies of Titan.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning of sales floor, billing, customer service, and store maintenance.
• Drive store sales and revenue — set sales targets, monitor performance, analyze sales data/trends, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers/central warehouse / head office for timely replenishment, ensure store is adequately stocked, manage stock rotation and shrinkage prevention.
• Ensure the store is always well-presented: maintain cleanliness and organization of store, ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays in line with brand standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff (sales associates, cashiers, support staff, etc.). Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and day-to-day guidance.
• Provide outstanding customer service: handle customer enquiries, offer product information, resolve complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Manage store finances and administrative tasks: oversee billing, cash/Credit-card/POS operations, maintain records, prepare sales and performance reports, manage controllable costs and store profitability.
• Coordinate with head office / regional management for marketing, promotions, brand campaigns, new launches, offers, and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills :-

• Proven experience in retail store management — ideally 3-5 years (or more) in a fashion/lifestyle/watches / jewellery retail environment. (Apna)

Desired / Preferred Attributes ;-

• Experience in premium retail / jewellery / watches / accessories business (similar to Titan) will be a plus.
• Good presentation sense and understanding of visual merchandising, brand aesthetics, product display, etc.
• Customer-centric attitude and ability to build long-term customer relationships — repeat business, loyalty.
• Local or regional knowledge — understanding of Dhanbad / Jharkhand market, customer preferences, festival/season trends.
