Job Summary:
The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the automation and lighting showroom. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring superior customer experience, and effectively showcasing smart home related products such as Automation, Architectural lighting, Audio & video systems. The manager will also lead a team of showroom executives, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain high display and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth customer flow.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for lighting and automation products.
Demonstrate product features such as smart architectural lighting, Audio-Video, IT & home automation systems to customers.
Ensure product displays, demos, and lighting zones are well-maintained and functional.
Coordinate with the technical team for installations, demos, and customer queries.
Handle walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and dealers professionally.
Manage stock levels, product samples, and ensure timely replenishment.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and lead follow-ups.
Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and showroom events.
Train the team on new products, technologies, and customer handling.
Ensure showroom compliance with company branding and safety standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of Showroom management and supervision.
Maintaining overall showroom appearance, cleanliness, and display standards.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Team leadership and customer relationship management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and showroom POS systems; basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Business Administration or related field.
2–3 years of experience in showroom (preferably in lighting, home automation, or electrical products).
Experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, and end clients is an advantage.
Remuneration : 1.8 – 3 LPA
